The Resting Place believes in the power of the five-fold ministry according to Ephesians 4:11-15. We empower our leaders to utilize their unique, God-given gifts to raise up each one of our church members into their specific callings so that they can go out and be life-giving, peace-bearing Kingdom culture-shapers!

Caleb Hyers

SENIOR LEADER

Our Senior Leader Caleb Hyers, along with his wife Jamaris, founded The Resting Place. Caleb carries a burning passion to see the Kingdom of God in its full expression in Tampa Bay. As a third generation native, Caleb is on a mission to mature the Saints in love through The Resting Place as well as other regional efforts such as To•Gather Tampa. As the apostolic leader of TRP, Caleb oversees the Senior Leadership Team (listed below) and Campus Pastors as well as other ministry leaders at our growing number of campuses and ministries. He is the lead elder of The Resting Place Apostolic Family.

Victoria Piccirilli

Chief Development Officer

Victoria brings over 20 years of experience in the business world to The Resting Place, equipping leaders to walk in their full potential. She founded Kallah Culture, which hosts silent retreats and intensives to help men and women understand their identity in Christ. She and her husband Rob have been married for over 20 years and have 2 adult sons.

Tracy Erwin

Chief Programs Officer

Tracy is the Executive Prophetic Leader and Co-founder of TRP’s Prophetic Company, the Director of The Jesus Lab School and leader of our Activate Tampa Prophetic Workshops. After 20 years of leadership roles, Tracy has a certification in Leadership Training & Development from Bethel Church Redding, CA. She is passionate about helping others live to their full potential and the reformation of the Church to continue to become healthy and whole. She and her husband David Erwin have been married for 32 years and have 3 young adult children.
